It’s hard to believe that it has been 5 and a half years since I embarked on this incredible journey of starting Slice Digital, a digital agency based in Berlin, Germany. When I look back at those early days, I realize just how far I’ve come. With no prior experience in running a company, limited knowledge of German laws and accounting, and an incomplete grasp of the German language, it was a challenging and steep process. However, against all odds, I am still here, thriving and serving clients across three continents. Today, we are fortunate to have a team of 12 talented individuals, all working remotely, including a CTO with over 15 years of experience and senior developers proficient in a wide range of technologies.
