Lowcarbbenni is a highly successful weight loss brand founded on the concept of losing weight without hunger. Over the years, the brand has gained widespread recognition, with its success featured in major newspapers and on television. The program offers a wide range of personalized books tailored to various dietary preferences, from vegan to carnivorous. Lowcarbbenni has been collaborating with us for more than 7 years on a variety of projects, always aiming to improve the user experience and increase conversions.

Lowcarbbenni initially used the Elopage platform, a ready-made solution designed for selling digital products like books or courses. However, the platform lacked the flexibility needed to modify user flows, offer dynamic upsell or cross-sell features, and create personalized funnels. This made it difficult for Lowcarbbenni to optimize sales or adapt their online experience to meet growing customer demands.

We were tasked with finding a solution that would allow Lowcarbbenni to move beyond the limitations of Elopage and create a more personalized, scalable online store. After analyzing the situation, it became clear that migrating to WordPress/WooCommerce was the best option. This would allow for full control over customization, personalization, and advanced sales strategies.

The migration to WordPress/WooCommerce gave Lowcarbbenni the flexibility they needed to transform their online shop. Unlike Elopage, which is more rigid in structure, WordPress/WooCommerce enabled us to build a fully customizable store. This included designing personalized themes for special occasions like New Year, Christmas, and Black Friday, which helped boost engagement during key shopping periods.

We also implemented dynamic upsell and cross-sell systems, allowing Lowcarbbenni to recommend products based on user behavior. One of the standout features we introduced was the “Configurator,” a landing page that allowed users to create custom book packages, receiving discounts for each additional book added. Additionally, we built over 20 landing pages and variations, provided instant checkout options directly on product pages, and optimized the overall user experience to make shopping more intuitive and enjoyable.

While this project took years of continuous refinement and iteration, it enabled Lowcarbbenni to grow their online presence, offer a more tailored experience, and better serve their expanding customer base.
